We purchased a license in March or April 2018, and we’ve identified the email address associated with it: mail@imagineering.studio. Unfortunately, we no longer have access to this email account, which makes recovering the license key a challenge.
The purchase might have been made under the name Reshetov Ilya or the company Imaginineering Studio.
Additionally, we’re interested in upgrading the license to the latest version. Could you please advise us on how to recover the license and provide details on the cost of the upgrade?
