KRPANO's restrictions on cutting graphs

Is there any restriction on krpano's panoramic image cropping. What photos may cause KRPANO slicing failure?

flat pano? or equirectangular?
i sliced 45 gigapixel equirectangular photos

the only thing i can think of is computer limitation.. disk or something.
