calc ty with hotspot height

Hi,
Is there a formula to find a ty coordinate with height as parameter :
Let's say I have a distorted hotspot (scale=0.2,ty=180,height=250,edge=bottom) and I want to find the ty coordinates of the top of the hotspot, is it possible ?
