Hello!
I've been making stereo panoramas of venues for some time now and viewing them on my
phone using krpano (see https://stillevenschilders.nl/krpanoexamples/ (press arrow for
cross eyed viewing :))). Most are
stand alone panos, but i also have a series of panos that I'd like to link using hotspots like
in a virtual tour.
It seems to me that adding hotspots manually is quite a cumbersome chore, especially
when the user should get a consistent experience moving around in the terrain. Ie: hotspot
locations should match the location where the photograph was taken. And they should link
back or I mean the user should be able to navigate the path in reverse. I know about autogarrows
but unfortunately my photos dont have gps tags.
So I wondered what is the usual way of
adding hotspots? Yesterday I cobbled together (well gemini did) a python/tk app to do
this visually. One can put in a jpeg image of a map of the terrain or house, and then
put red dots where the hotspots should go. The dots link to the url of the corresponding
scene etc. But I wondered if there is anything like this already available.
thnx!
