Adding new hotspots

Hello, I am working on an angular project and currently i am adding new hotspots dynamically through js (Angular) and saving them in the data base, the only problem is that for example the tooltip is not shown unless i refresh the page so that the xml is recreated, is there any tool to show the changes live directly so whenever i add a hotspot directly when i hover over it i find the tooltip , there is no need to refetch everything. (NB: Also my images are base 64 images)
