Plane with text in 3d space obscured with splats

Hi all,

I added a hotspot (type=text) to the scene with splats. The effect I wanted was text in 3d space. Unfortunately but the text is not obscured by the splats. How to properly insert hotspot so that it is obscured by splats and so that it can be embedded in the scene using xyz coordinates?
I saw such an effect in the tour that 360images jeromebg did.

almost done ;) My hotspot now is only white box without text (depthbuffer=true). When I set the depthbuffer to false, I can see the text corectly but in front of the splats. Should I add something more?

I figure it out. I set the parametr bg="false" for hotspot.
