Change the Skin in a hotspot

Try to add: url="blabla.png"

Make sure the path to the picture is correct.

like:

<hotspot name="spot1924411643" style="skin_hotspotstyle" url="blabla.png" ath="-0.32" atv="-0.082" depth="1000.0" distorted="false" zoom="false" linkedscene="scene_2009_10_21_0106" linkedscene_hoffset="0.0" use3dtransition="true"/>

obviously that really depends on what your goal is.

correct, if you want to just override one hotspot > add url="mypngfile.png" after the style, if you want to change all the hotspots png file just replace vtourskin_hotspot.png file in the skin folder

Hi! The native arrow style specifies scale, not size, and the new image will be either larger or smaller if the size doesn't match the original arrow. Keep this in mind.
