What about file size wise ?
And why have you limited the 3DGSto 1.2M splats ?
There is still some transparent issues, mainly on the ceiling and the bottom of the walls, and details in the painting could be better, but it's already very good !
What software did you use to train the 3DGS ?
Ha strange, the version displayed on my desktop is only 1 196 058 splats ? (ha ok, it's because you sparsified)
Also you should try the new MRNF strategy, game changer ;)
I tried various settings without really knowing what I was doing... 
In the end, I went with the MCMC version because, in this case, the reflections on the ceiling and floor seemed clearer.
