For using the MAKE VTOUR droplet and the default vtour-* config files - edit the 'basicsettings.config' file (in the templates folder) and change this line:

format=jpg

to this:

format=webp

It shouldn't matter how many images are dropped into the droplets.

Thanks for your video, it makes the situation more clear.

Your input images are png files - and png images can contain an alpha-channel.

krpano differs here between image with- and without-alpha-channel, even if the alpha-channel might be fully opaque.

See the alphaformat setting - it is set to webp by default because jpg can't store an alpha-channel.

If you don't need to store the alpha-channel in the output, you can set this setting also to jpg.

Or remove the alpha-channel in the input images if it is there not needed anyway.

The problem here is NWJS - on some system it makes strange problems... (might be GPU/GPU-driver related).

But you could try that:

1. first open the Windows task-manager and kill all nw.exe or krpano Tools.exe processes (if there are any)
2. download the latest NWJS version from here (the one bundled with krpano is an older one for better old-system compatibility): https://nwjs.io/downloads/
3. go in the krpano folder into the 'resources/runtimes' folder
4. rename there the NWJS folder so something else (e.g. "NWJS.old")
5. extract the downloaded NWJS package somewhere and copy it as "NWJS" to the 'resources/runtimes' folder
6. start the 'krpano Tools' app

Then this NWJS version is used for the krpano Tools UI and depending on the system this one might work better.
