Keeping the same viewpoint direction on scene transition

I have a tour with two scenes taken from the same place and position at different times of the year. I'd like to maintain the same viewpoint direction when switching between the two scenes. How might I go about doing that?

you have the KEEPVIEW flag

loadpano(test.xml, null, MERGE|KEEPVIEW);
