How to make initially all hotspots invisible

I have tried to use the following event

<events onxmlcomplete="set(hotspot.visible,false);" />

Unfortunately after loading pano happens nothing, all hotspots are still visible.

or just set visible="false" on each hotspot then use

onclick="switch(hotspot.visible);

to display them all at once. either or
