Hi,

the map is only enabled by default when the input images were geo-tagged.

When not geo-tagged, you need to enable the bingmaps in the tour.xml manually (skin_settings bingmaps=true). Additionally you would need to set the lat/lng settings for each <scene> in the tour.xml manually in this case.
