    Hi,

I get this app for my ipad. Then upload the PC version, then you can communicate between mobile devices and your pc (you need the latest itunes version, even if you don't use it directly to manage this app!). However since i upgraded my ipad to iOs 7 there's a longer latency to display the virtual tour than needed before, i'm actually checking what's going on.

    Hope this help.

    Hi,

It looks like i get the train on late here. I didn't work on tours since half a year so things change!! *tongue*
Jerome i sent you a private message, thanks also for your tips, i found much things since then.
On your website first, which i knew already but i didn't see this video before. great job!! That's almost what i'm looking for, anyway the way to do it is the same i guess. The interaction between a video and a visitor action is a real valuable progress! *thumbup*
But it's hard enough for me simply with a video.!!

I also changed my search on the forum and found your topics and Klaus tuto about it for those interested:
    Video Embed
Video overlay (Fisheye, png ?) *** Incrustation vidéo (Fisheye, détourage)
    Tuto pixel alignment
Then i checked some examples and go back to work!!
Thanks to those who spend time to answer and share their experience.

    Hi Jerome,

Thank you very much for your suggestion. I began to think it was a fancy idea, that was why nobody answered me.! I thought about that last time i made a virtual tour of our studio. We rent it and wanted to introduce it with a virtual tour and i shot a small video presentation to add inside through a player.
But i was thinking that would be really nice, instead of being flat and above the background, to try to incrust the video in the background. That way it could be really valuable for complex tour or enterprise who would like to have a "guide" speaking and moving to introduce the visitor to the place.

I didn't find much things on the forum!! But it seems common as you say there are several ways to do it. Any topic or example to check??
Green screen was the first thing we thought as our studio is equiped with but perspectives are not respected as the videoplayer is flat anyway!! Or it could be if there's no walking movement i guess.
Anyway i go further as you confirmed it does exist and gave me leads. I'll come back here to share it.

By the way your home page slider looks strangely like mine ???

The collegue which helps me with my web site found this plugin here. It cost around 13€ and was made by a russian guy i guess.

    Thanks again for your help.

    Hi everyone,

I would like to incrust my video player in the background of my tour. While i take my pictures on the scene with my camera, i take a small movie record with the same fov as one picture and want to set it in my tour the way we couldn't see the difference between the picture and the movie.Impossible to give the video player a spherical aspect to mix it with the background? with rx ry rz, you can move it in a 3D environment but it still flat.
    Any solution?

    Thanks for your tips. *smile*

    Hi Klaus,

Thanks for your suggestion. It looks easy at first, using an iframe but actually it doesn't work. I tried two ways, one is src=".../tour.html". The other one leads to a generated swf file through krpano protect, with all files to run by itself, doesn't work either.

    I look further.

    Hi,

IS it possible to don't have a drop (the hotspot would stay constantly visible) in this animation?
I'd like to put like an animated glow effect around the hotspot, so the hotspot needs to remain visible all time.

    Thanks.
    Steph.:-)

    Hi everyone,

As in the title, my gif hotspot doesn't work. I can see it but no animation?!
I saved it in two ways in photoshop cs4. One by "file/save under" and "file/save for web and devices". Both don't work!
    Here the code:

    Thanks for any suggestion. *smile*
    Steph

What can I say... this is outrageous... What can we users do other then spread the word and stay away from their products.

That's it.!! Speak about it through our personnal virtual tour forum in our country to let know people. T's really a shame to see the "jungle" it is in this business.

Easy pano answered, that's a first step. Of course when it's done it's done, anyway...
I can only support you to continue the great job and time you provide for us since a long time.

    So thanks Klaus. *thumbup*

    Hi,

I create the video plugin through a "showpic" action (used for the flyin out hotspot). I use the pipe | character to separate the formats, it's not working??

    Thanks for any suggestion. *smile*

    Hi Klaus,
Thanks for your info. I've checked your link and i didn't see this "bgsound" variable in the doc.??!! Is that an example name of a sound or is it a general variable to check if a sound is played. The way i'd like to use it is to be able to pause or stop the current sound without named it!! That way i could use one sound button plugin for several sounds.
    Thanks. *smile*

    Hi manuel,

Thanks for your advice. I thought about that. Problem is which variable i could use? Is there a "first scene" variable to check it? Could it be written in the "ja-start" action? Like :

    ja-start(get(scene[2]); if(events.onfirstscene == null, set(events.onfirstscene, true)); ); . Then check the state in the onstart scene setting, if(events.onfirstscene, true, action1() );
    ifnot (action2); ??

    Thanks for your help. *smile*
