Thanks for your reply.

We are sending the link of our built krpano viewer to an Instant Messenger name Weixin (A Chinese Apps). However, their default USER AGENT will return "micromessenger". Seems that this make the viewer can't detect it is running on a mobile.

If there are any possible solution for an in-apps browser to load the mobile version?

If it is possible to use Javascript, navigator.userAgent to change the global variable "device.mobile" to true? Since we are experiencing an issue of an in-app browser which can't load the correct size of layout.
