Disabling the antivirus did not solve the problem.
I experimented a bit and enabling compatibility mode for "krpano Tools.exe" helped.

When opening "krpano Tools.exe" (1.22.4) for the first time (after rebooting Windows 11 pro) - everything is successful.
But after closing the application, when trying to open it again, an error message appears in the debug.log file (and the application does not open, there are a few background processes only - nwjs):

[0822/162300.762:ERROR:registration_protocol_win.cc(102)] CreateFile

There is a purchased license.
This didn't happen on my previous computer with an older version of windows.
How to fix the error?

I want to use 3dtransition without 'keepview' function.
I.e. I don't want to keep the current/previous viewing settings.
Each pano has its own settings and only they should be used, is it possible to turn off 'keepview'?

How to disable keepview when using 3dtransition?
Skin_settings has attribute loadscene_flags="MERGE"
Hotspot has attribute use3dtransition="true" and after clicking pano changes default view.
Hlookat and vlookat default values of target pano must be used.
How to do it?
