    Hello,

    I purchased krpano Licence yesterday.

    I uploaded my pano on my website.

    There are no more krpano watermarks all over the image, but still it appears krpano Demo Version in the middle of the screen.

    Is this normal? I understood that with the simple licence would have remained only the "about krpano" entry with right click, but not krpano Demo in the middle of the screen.

    Am I wrong?

  • krpano Server

    Hello,

    I purchased krpano licence yesterday.

    After registering the product, the Testing Server is not working anymore.

    When I try to open a Pano it appears this error message:
    Error 404: Not Found
    File not found


    What is strange is that one of the pano i created with the trial version, it is still possible to open it with the testing server without error.


    What do you think went wrong? Does anybody can help?

  • Webpage Problem

    Hello,

    I'm a new user of krpano.

    I'm trying the free version of the software before purchasing it.

    I created a multiresolution image, and I added the following script to the index.html :

    Basically I added a bar on the top of the page with a link to another website.

    The problem is that after clicking on the panorama image, to zoom on it, the bar disappear, and doesn't come back.
    In order to make it appear again you have to reload the page.
    But I want to add a stable bar on the webpage.
    It happens both on Explorer and Chrome from laptop.

    Could this be fixed?


    Also there is an issue if I open the page from my iphone:
    The image is not centered, and i can't visualize the last/bottom part of the image.
    Is this related to the iOS conflicts i read around on the forum, or simply is just my script wrong?
