Perhaps more experienced users can do this in krpano (judging by Klaus's answer).

There are two convenient options:

1. Pano2VR
2. PanoFlatten plugin for Photoshop

allows you to extract ‘flattened’ rectilinear projections at any angle and with the desired field of view.

I use PanoFlatten (uxp plugin for photoshop). quality interpolation and action recording allows to automate (batch processing) and speed up work. works on Windows and Mac.
