I am interested in the GUI which you were developing, what is the progress?

Years ago I had used Multimedia Builder though its no more developed further but it offers you exactly what you want to do. It can embed anything & make autorun dvds for you but only for PC no mac compatibility AFAIK

I am not using any droplet instead I am dragging the psb file on to "kmaketiles" this is a program not a droplet & I dont see any droplet by that name.

Am I doing anything wrong here?
I have Windows 7 x64 system if that matters.

I dragged a jpeg file on kmaketiles even that is not working (appear then disappear) seems some issue with the command prompt, though I am able to use the droplets & the command prompt windows works & takes the command which I type.

so it seems it was added way back & I have the latest official version but when I drag a psb file a window pops up & then disappear nothing happenig to cut the large psb file into smaller tiles.

What could be the problem?

Was the .psb support added to this or not?

If not then any plan or timeline to do so?

There is a growing demand of video virtual tour with fade to next location may be due to new mobile devices entering in the market such as iphone & android based smart phones.

Krpano is much more featured than any other viewer, can we have similar auto tour doing the following

1. start with little planet view & change to a certain location in architectural view
2. In architectural view look at certain xy coordinates for certain time then move to next xy coordinates, & then zoom in or zoom out to specific location along with text & image pop up showing the details.
3. then have a transition to next location & do the same

this would be better if we can export as a video file for posting on youtube like sites which are now days becoming a major point of marketing.

I am still trying to understand how is 720° is possible?
Any old days example to see?

Great looking gui, the control panel look great with all those features,
how to make such control panel, any tutorial here?

I suggest that if you can implement trigger event which automatically transforms the projection every 10 second (kind of projection slide show) from little planet to panini or any the suitable projection at certain spot it will look great.

I didn't know you could disable it, its fine to see that error when you are developing the tour but its irritating when clients see those errors & complain about it.

As of now there is no such full featured GUI & the main concentration of krpano has been developing new features & rooting out the bugs, GUI has been demanded time & again but has not been implemented as yet.

There are few in development too but no time line as to when will they ever be launched.
You don't need to be proficient but yes you need to know the code & what its doing so you can get the desired result.

I saw this & thought this to be a mandatory feature to be incorporated in krpano where we can make self running demos of large locations & each pano starts from 0° & ends at 360° then the scene changes to the next panorama.

Is it possible to have this done by xml editing or some external plugin etc?

Lucky couple to get married in 360° view, hope they cherish these moments whole life.
Great presentation & wonderful skin for the tour, 1 suggestion is to use architectural projection for such tours as it distracts when the view gets tilted.

This is exactly what we all need else Autopano Tour is already an option but it does not do all of these option & the pace of development is quite slow.

Feature request
1. skin support, we should be able to make skins in any image editor & reuse those skins whenever required.
2. settings templates, we should be able to set all global setting of the project with a template & save it so the work can be faster by loading a template.
3. batch processing, just load a set of images & create virtual tour with the set template which will use a selected plugin & skin
4. sliding thumbnails, fading thumbnails, thumbnails position on any 4 sides should be possible
5. sliding menu for navigation with possibility of all 4 sides as per the user choice
6. auto transition from 1st to 2nd scene after a specified time this will be useful for self running kiosk showing panos.
7. auto transformation from fisheye to architectural projection with a set time on load (projection & their parameters should be selectable)
8. should be able to use customized loaders made with flash

This is what comes to my mind, will add more features once I do beta testing of the gui, let me know via private message when & where can I download it.

Good to know the GUI editor is being worked out for krpano, its the most required feature for karpano but not much of this were available. I will be listing the features soon.
