Flat file in VR?

I'm putting together a number of scenes in order to make a tour in an old industrial plant. Here I also want to put in some "normal" photos (flat files). It works fine on PC, Iphone ond Ipad, but when I switch to VR-mode the flat file-picture becomes very, very small. Any idea how to fix this?
