My goal was to get this to all work desktop, iPad, iPhone…..
I could not get the image to center correctly across the platforms.
I have worked on a few other things and I am trying to figure this big puzzle out. 
I had to set the y lower so it would not cover the top in the iPad version.
I think I need to call out 2 different images.
One for Flash and one for HTML?
Here is the code I used.

The map was supplied by the client. I think there are many different programs to create those.
aha, now I got it. You wanted this info to be part of the menu to be scrollable up/down. My idea is to define Y generic -> calculate vertical position as:
- get(stageheight)
- substract menu height,
- header heihgt
- divide by 2 and I think you should be in center allways.
try it...or send me code of this part and will make it for you.
In case resolution of the image is higher than stageheiht or you scale it or use smaller for lower resolution devices.
