I just popped on the krpano website to see if there was an update and heavens to betsy there was! I was using 1.0.8.15(64bit) and just updated to 1.16.3 (64bit). And that's where the problems started happening. When I had finished creating a normal tour I decided to see what it looked like, so I clicked on the html file. Chrome popped up and "FATAL ERROR: tour.xml - loading not possible! Error: NETWORK_ERR:XMLHttpRequest Exception 101." Then I tried it in IE and got an alert about Adobe Flash Player Security. Apparently my local application was trying to communicate with my internet enabled location... on my computer. It said click settings so I did, and couldn't find where to let my local computer have access to my local computer.
Next I tried to load the html editor. Luckily in Chrome it loaded quickly, but I received the same error in IE.
Then I tried to upload these two versions and see the comparison to my clients on the PC and on a mobile device.

I pulled out my Galaxy S3 and pulled up each of these in a different tab on my phone. The 1.16.3 version had huge, noticeable difference in delay when I swiped my finger across it.
1. What is up with this Error I get loading the tour on my local machine in Chrome?
2. How can I change my flash settings to allow my PC access to my, PC?
3. Does anyone else get this lag on mobile devices?
Update: This might help solve the problem, but I think it has to be implemented on the krpano side, not the user side.
