I need a developer to build that.

1. We are going to have a 3d library from our system that will provide items available together with the path to the 3d models
2. We need you to develop a "Room Setup" module when we upload a floorplan (2d or 3d model) and the user can draw columns / doors / windows / or any space that will not be used as meeting space. We also need be able to align the floor / corners of the room to the 360 image of the room and save the parameters.
3. The room configurator works: user can select an item (example: table), attach some children items (example: chairs) and place it in the 3D floorplan (by itself or by creating an array)
4. it would be nice to have some stats about numbers of seats and to tag tables (example: VIP Table, family table, etc..)
5. The configured room will be available as a standalone 3d model (like your example) without any editor panel
6. I want also to be able to have a quick merge of the 360 and the 3d models (no shadows, not realistic).
7. Lastly, we can work on the blender + vray render so we can provide a realistic mix of the 360 and 3d models
