Does anyone know why the right click fullscreen option isn't working? Clicking the fullscreen icon still works. I've checked this on multiple panoramas.

I can confirm this.
11.3.31.317
I'm guessing this option was disabled with the last Flash Player update. Another computer I can get it to work but it's running the Flash Player version 11.3.300.265. Version 11.3.300.271 it's disabled and even Exit Fullscreen option doesn't work.
If you want the fullscreen option you need to include a fullscreen icon for now.
Phil
Hi,
which browsers and systems are you using?
Currently I know only about the current Chrome internal Flashplayer, that doesn't allow changing the Fullscreen mode from context-menu.
Best regards,
Klaus
Confirm!
Flash 11.3.31.317
Win7 x64
Opera, Opera next, Firefox, IE… and new super-safest browser Chrome ;)
Only push fullscreen button!
But previos version of krpano player does not work!
Small Change but not nice
Bad surprise from Adobe!
Firefox 14.0.1 & IE 9, Windows 7 x64 on all computers.
sorry, the Flashplayer on my current device wasn't up-to-date, I can confirm it too now...
I have written a mail to Adobe (to ccampbel@adobe.com) and submitted a bug report now!
Please vote here for that bug:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3310959
(and if you want also write a mail to Adobe to increase the pressure to fix that)
If there will be no fix from Adobe soon, I think I need to disable the Fullscreen Mode in context menu by default in the next release...
Best regards,
Klaus

Hi,
I have already got an answer from Chris Campbell (Adobe) - he will talk with the Flashplayer security team about this tomorrow morning.
Additionally I have made here a simple test page with the Actionscript3 source for this Flashplayer bug:
https://krpano.com/flashplayer/bugs/contextmenufullscreen/
Here an entry in the Flashplayer forum:
http://forums.adobe.com/thread/1050414?tstart=0
Update: It seems that the Flashplayer developers are thinking about if that 'security-limitation' should be the new default behavior or if that is a bug that should be fixed...
So make it more clear that this should be handled as bug, please vote here for that bug:
https://bugbase.adobe.com/index.cfm?event=bug&id=3310959
Best regards,
Klaus

Hi,
today I got this mail from Adobe (Chris Nuuja, cnuuja@adobe.com):
ZitatHi,
Thank you for your recent bug submission on Flash Player not being able to go fullscreen from a context menu selection. Unfortunately, we have had to disable/remove this unintended feature due to security issues.
It will not be supported in FlashPlayer versions going forward. Thanks
-chris
He calls the right-click-fullscreen possibility an 'unintended feature' but at the same time the own Flashplayer tutorials here are showing how to do that *wacko*:
http://www.adobe.com/devnet/flashpl…creen_mode.html
So if they will not change their mind anymore, the usage of the context-menu to change the Fullscreen mode will not be possible anymore...
For this reason in the next krpano release, the context-menu fullscreen option will be removed/disabled by default.
To remove the fullscreen setting from existing tours, this line can be added in the xml:
Best regards,
Klaus
Ridiculous Adobe says that. It's been in there since version 9. I can't imagine a security issue which involves fullscreen option in contextmenu. The user always has to click it anyway. I think it's because they're slowly moving to AIR apps in which they don't need those options
Yeah, found the problem! Okay what can we do? Flash fold next still think it will be.
Hi,
don't know if it's related but i found out that command
set(fullscreen,false);
didn't work anymore, got the message "Change fullscreen mode not allowed!"found a workaround using
delayedcall(0.1,set(fullscreen,false));
In which exact situation/case doesn't it work in your case?
And which Flashplayer version, Browser and System are you using?
The Flashplayer limits the changes of the Fullscreen Mode to "click" events, so it's a bit strange that a 'delayed' changing of fullscreen mode is working in your case...
Best regards,
Klaus
hi
i'm using Flash Player 11,4,402,265 / Firefox / OSX
i had a previous tour with some JS alert() in a krpano function, preceded with a set(fullscreen, false); to avoid screen freeze if user is fullscreen (JS alert() while fullscreen makes firefox crash).
that command previously worked but lately it ended with an error message in krpano : Change fullscreen mode not allowed!
found out that doing delayedcall(0.1,set(fullscreen,false)); got it to work again :)
To remove the fullscreen setting from existing tours, this line can be added in the xml:
Source code
1
<contextmenu fullscreen="false" />
I have tried this but for some reason it does not always work.
Here is a small panorama embedded at DR.dk and even if I added the code I still get the fullscreen option.
I tried both adding it to skin or to main xml but no way.
http://www.dr.dk/Nyheder/Indland/2012/09/19/101656.htm
Here is the embedded http://panoramas.dk/mars/curiosity1s-color/dk.html
and xml http://panoramas.dk/mars/curiosity1s-color/tour.xml
Same code here works.

Hi,
the tour.swf here has the xml embedded:
http://panoramas.dk/mars/curiosity1s-color/tour.swf
and the embedded xml doesn't contain the fullscreen=false code,
best regards,
Klaus
Thanks, I remember now i tried do that for Wired with protection as people started steeling it an put it on other websites.
Hans
I think this notice can be removed now, since the new version brought the right click -> fullscreen functionality back ;)
