Commonly used step back in the day for local contrast enhancing to make images appear sharper or bring out details.
Kinda cool until you can recognize the effect in other people's photos.
I think acr has a version of it built in, but it doesn't let you go as far as you can with the

the blur-function is pretty impressive, ahoeben
But unfortunately it´s slowing the tour waaaay down, so it´s maybe not that great to use together with movement-tweens, at least at fullscreen, but still....really impressive. Well done - as usual
